E Commerce Operations
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Manage and mentor a team and foster a collaborative and results-driven work
environment.
Utilize extensive knowledge and experience in ecommerce to optimize business processes.
Implement strategic initiatives to enhance the company's overall operational performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and project deliverables.
Foster a culture of loyalty, responsibility, and excellence within the team.
Identify potential customer and takes it as an opportunity to boost top-line revenue growth,
customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Building and managing the relationship with current customers and increasing the reach by
adding new customers for our top-line sales growth.
Identify the Customers needs and suggest appropriate products to meet his requirement.
Build long-term relationships with customers to grab all new/possible sales opportunities.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Set up meetings/calls with customers to finalize various deals & promotions.
Monitoring weekly, monthly, and quarterly achievements & shortcomings against targets.
Coordinating with internal & external stakeholder related to system communication for
smooth functioning of Backend.
Keeping an eye on business profitability and reporting on a regular basis
Keep an eye on best practices in the market and work on related improvement areas.
