Job Description:
Recruiting for technology positions and should have knowledge of the latest technologies and ability to screen candidates.
Developing social media presence – LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Proactively available on email/ phone/ social messaging.
Self-Starter, ability to work under minimal supervision.
Getting candidates/consultants added to the hot-list, create bench.
Experience sourcing on all the job sites mainly Dice, Monster, LinkedIn etc.
Expert in job portal searches like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, indeed, LinkedIn etc. and other networking methods.
Responsibilities:
Good Experience in sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.
Onboard new hires
Regular interaction with the bench candidates by identifying their needs and position them to projects accordingly.
Available consultants (Java, .Net, BA, DA, SQL BI Developers, Cyber Security experts, Data Scientists, etc.)
Sourcing Bench Consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, US Citizen).
Proficient in Sourcing bench consultants in various IT Technologies.
At least 2.5 years of experience as an IT Recruiter in US IT staffing is a must.
Research and identify new market opportunities.
Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential consultants.
High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2.5 – 5 Years (from US IT Staffing background)
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Must be able to work in a team environment
Must be able to communicate well with the team
Must be energetic, Innovative and ready to go extra length to make a difference.
